Article 1 Purpose of the Law
This Law has as its purpose to prevent, control, monitor and impose sanctions for money laundering or other assets proceeding from the commission of any crime, and establishes the rules that for this purpose the obligated persons referred to in Article 18 of this Law and the competent authorities must observe.
