Labor law
Labor law governs the employment relationship: contracts, wages, working hours, rest, vacations, dismissal and severance. The Labor Code is the core text. The bonus laws add rules on the 14th-month bonus, the year-end bonus and the monthly incentive bonus. Employers and workers should read these laws together with the Labor Code.
