Article 49

REPEAL.

The Contentious-Administrative Law, contained in Governmental Decree Number 1881 and its amendments, is hereby repealed.

Article 50

PENDING REMEDIES.

Remedies that were being heard pursuant to Governmental Decree Number 1881 shall continue to be processed in accordance with its provisions.

Article 51

ENTRY INTO FORCE.

This Decree shall enter into force sixty days after its publication in the official gazette.
