Título XVI. Disposiciones finales

Article 110

Any provision issued to create, abolish, or modify the rights and obligations of Notaries contained in this law shall be made as an express amendment thereto, so that it preserves its unity of context. In this sense, the creation, abolition, or modification of such rights and obligations by means of administrative circulars or governmental agreements is prohibited.

Article 111

All legal provisions, agreements and circulars that oppose this law are repealed, and especially the following: the Notary Law, contained in Legislative Decree number 2154; Governmental Decree number 2374, which reformed the former; and Legislative Decree number 2556, which approved and amended the former; articles 159 to 170 inclusive, 182, 184 and 185 of Governmental Decree number 1568; articles 1st to 4th inclusive, 8, 9 and 10 of Governmental Decree number 2303; article 10, Legislative Decree number 1735; Legislative Decree number 2468; articles 13 and 29 of Governmental Decree number 1543; articles 28, 29, 32, 36 and 76 of Governmental Decree number 1988; Governmental Decrees numbers: 1750, 1822, 2131, 2233, 2273 and 2342, governmental agreements of May 19, 1934; of April 17 and December 9, 1935; of October 18, 1939; of August 9, 1940; articles 720, 722, 772, 849, 850, 874, 1144 and 1145 of Legislative Decree number 1932; 281, 385 and 420 of the Code of Commerce.

Article 112

This law shall enter into force on the first day of January, nineteen hundred forty-seven.
