Article Final I

Pending proceedings

Pending proceedings upon this law entering into force shall be processed and decided in accordance with the provisions of Article 250 of the Constitutive Law of the Judicial Branch.

Upon the entry into force of this Code, the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure, contained in Legislative Decree number 2009 and its amendments, as well as all other laws opposed thereto, is repealed.
