Article 290 Related Matters
In both arbitrations at law and arbitrations in equity, once the tribunal is constituted, all questions connected with the principal matter arising in the course thereof shall be deemed submitted to it. In this case, such questions shall be processed under the procedure agreed upon by the parties and, failing such agreement, under that prescribed for incidents.
However, third-party claims, lis pendens and accumulation incidents shall not be admitted.
