An incentive bonus of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY QUETZALES (Q.250.00) is created in favor of all workers in the private sector of the country, whatever activity they perform, which their employers shall pay together with the monthly salary earned, in substitution of the incentive bonus referred to in Decrees 78-89 and 7-2000, both of the Congress of the Republic.
