Título Sexto. Medios de impugnación

In matters of challenges, the remedies contained in Book Three of the Code of Criminal Procedure are applicable to the present Law.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 404 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for the purposes of the present Law, the orders denying or authorizing:

a)Interceptions of communications;

b)Precautionary measures;

c)As well as the order that approves or does not approve the effective collaboration agreement,

are appealable.

For the filing of the appeal established in this Law, the provisions established in the articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure governing said appeal are applicable.
