Article 109 Suppletory Application
The provisions of the Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Law of the Judicial Branch, as well as those contained in special laws on criminal matters, are applicable suppletorily to this Law.

Article 398. Illegal groups of armed people. Those who organize, constitute or direct groups of armed people or militias that are not those of the State or authorized by it, shall be punished with imprisonment of six to eight years.
Article 111Repealed
Article 396 of Decree Number 17-73 of the Congress of the Republic, Penal Code, and all laws or provisions that oppose this Law are repealed.
Article 112 Regulations
The Executive Branch shall issue the regulations to the present Law within a time limit not exceeding ninety days counted from the entry into force of the present Law.
Article 113 Period in Force
This Decree was declared of national urgency with the favorable vote of more than two-thirds of the total number of deputies comprising the Congress of the Republic, and shall enter into force fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
