Article 78 Suppletory Application
The Penal Code, the Health Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Law of the Judicial Branch and the Law of the Executive Branch are special suppletory laws of the present law.
Article 79 Repeals
All laws or provisions that conflict with the present law are hereby repealed.
Article 80 Entry into Force
This Law shall enter into force fifteen days after its publication in the official gazette.
