Article 9 Authorship -natural persons-
Those natural persons who take part in the execution of the act; render aid or prior or subsequent assistance, by an act without which it could not have been committed; make promises prior to the perpetration or instigate its accomplishment or determination, shall be considered as authors of the crimes to which this law refers.
Anyone who, availing themselves of their hierarchical superiority, induces one of their subordinates by means of generic orders with content prohibited by this law shall also be considered an author.
Article 10 Authorship -legal persons-
The crimes provided for in this law shall be imputable to legal persons, independently of the criminal liability of their representatives, when they involve acts performed by their regular organs, provided such acts fall within the normal or apparent course or object of their business.
Article 11 Complicity
Those who voluntarily assist in any manner in the commission of the act or who provide subsequent assistance thereto pursuant to promises prior to its perpetration shall be considered accomplices, provided that such assistance does not have the characteristics provided for principals.
