Article 13 Extradition
The crimes contemplated in this Law shall give rise to active or passive extradition in accordance with the Political Constitution of the Republic, the international treaties to which Guatemala is a party and the legislation in force.
Article 14 Refuge and Asylum
The competent authorities of Guatemala shall deny refugee or asylee status to persons who have committed the crimes of financing of terrorism or who have knowingly collaborated in the commission of said crime.
