Capítulo VII. Disposiciones transitorias y finales

The regulation of this Law shall be prepared by the Superintendency of Banks, through the Special Verification Intendancy, and submitted to the President of the Republic for consideration for its approval, within the time limit of one hundred twenty days following the entry into force of this Law.

The regulation of this Law shall be approved within the time limit of thirty days following its submission to the President of the Republic for consideration.

The memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements that, as of the date of entry into force of this [law] or others, are active, may be expanded for the purpose of including matters relating to financing of terrorism.

This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

REMIT TO THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH FOR ITS SANCTION, PROMULGATION AND PUBLICATION.
