Libro Primero · Título II · Capítulo XI Párrafo IX. Registro de personas jurídicas

In the special book of the Register of Legal Persons, registration shall be made of those covered in subparagraphs 3 and 4 and the final paragraph of Article 15 of this Code.

The registration shall be made with the testimony of the public deed in which the legal person is constituted being present, compliance with the requirements established by the treatise on companies in the respective Code being required.

A copy thereof on stamped paper of the lowest value, which shall remain archived, must accompany the deed, the testimony of the deed being returned with the notation that the legal person has been registered.

The associations mentioned in paragraph 3 of the cited article 15 shall submit for their registration a certified plain copy of their bylaws or regulations and the accord of its approval and of the recognition of its juridical personality, documents which shall remain in the possession of the Registry.
