Capítulo VIII. Impugnacion de las resoluciones

The decisions of the Directorate that terminate the administrative procedure may be challenged through the revocation and reconsideration remedies, which shall be governed in their form and time limits by what is established in the Administrative Litigation Law.

Against what was decided by the Ministry of Economy, the administrative-contentious proceedings may be initiated in accordance with the Law of Administrative Contentious Matters.
