Article 85 National Magisterium
The relations of the members of the National Magisterium with the State, in the positions covered by Decree number 1485, shall continue to be governed exclusively by the aforementioned Decree, which is considered a complementary law to the Civil Service Law, and only in a supplementary manner, this Law shall apply.
