Article 177 Coercive Power
In the exercise of its functions, the tribunal may require the intervention of the public force and order all measures necessary for compliance with the acts it orders.
Article 178 Time Limit
Orders and judgments following an oral debate shall be deliberated, voted on and issued immediately after the hearing is closed.
In written proceedings, decisions shall be issued within the time limit established by the Law of the Judicial Branch.

Article 179 Complaint
Upon expiration of the time limit for issuing a decision, the interested party may file a complaint before the immediately superior tribunal, which, following a report from the person complained against, shall decide as appropriate and, where applicable, shall order the judge or tribunal to issue the decision, without prejudice to any other liabilities.
Article 180 Rectification
Within the three days following the issuance of a decision, the tribunal may rectify, on its own initiative, any material error or omission, provided that it does not entail an essential modification.
