Article 72 Standing to Resort in Complaint
If any of the affected parties considers that in the processing and execution of the constitutional relief (amparo) the tribunal does not comply with what is provided in the law or what was decided in the judgment, it may resort in complaint before the Constitutional Court, so that, after a twenty-four-hour hearing to the respondent, it shall decide what is appropriate. If there is merit to open a procedure, the pertinent parts shall be certified and shall be immediately sent to the corresponding tribunal.
All disciplinary measures deemed pertinent may be taken.
Article 73 Sanction in Case of Inadmissibility
In the declaration of inadmissibility of a complaint petition filed without basis, a fine of fifty to five hundred quetzales shall be imposed on the complainant.
