Article 29 Insurance
Every owner of a vehicle authorized to circulate on public roads shall contract, at a minimum, civil liability insurance against third parties and occupants, in accordance with the regulatory provisions of this law.
The Ministry of the Interior may order the obligatoriness of any other insurance for drivers or vehicles; as well as for urban and extra-urban transportation.
