Article 46 Road Safety Education
The Ministry of the Interior, through the Transit Department of the General Directorate of the National Police, shall implement and coordinate, together with other public or private entities, the national, regional, departmental or municipal, general or special policies, programs and projects for road safety education, the elements of which shall be incorporated into formal or informal educational plans; as well as into higher training plans.
