Article 47 Administrative Means of Challenge
In traffic matters, any person who considers themselves affected by an administrative provision may file an application for revocation before the Head of the Department of Transit or before the Judge of Municipal Affairs, as applicable, which shall be decided within thirty days. In case of administrative silence, it shall be deemed decided unfavorably.
Against the decision issued by these authorities, the appeals established by the Contentious Administrative Law shall lie.
Article 48 Regulation
