Article 205 Interpretation of time limits
The terms and time limits that had begun to run and the proceedings that were already initiated shall be governed by the law in force at the time of their initiation.
Article 206 Terms
In provisions in which the word term is used or only a number of days is expressed, it shall be understood to refer to a time limit and the provisions of the present law shall apply.

The epigraphs heading the articles of this Law have no greater value or function than to facilitate consultation and lack legal character.
Article 208Amended Repeals
The Law of the Judicial Branch, contained in Decree number 1762 of the Congress of the Republic and the laws that amended it: Decrees numbers 74-70 and 78-72 of the Congress of the Republic, and Decree-Law 56-83, are repealed, except with respect to the offices of the Presidency of the Judicial Branch, until the new regulations are issued.
The procedural rules of this law prevail over the provisions contained in other laws.
