Presumptions of law admit evidence to the contrary, unless the law expressly prohibits it. For this purpose, all means of evidence are admissible where there is no provision that exhaustively specifies them.

A human presumption only produces evidence if it is a direct, precise consequence logically deduced from a proven fact.

Evidence by presumptions must be serious and consistent with the other evidence rendered in the proceedings.
