The claim shall set forth with clarity and precision the facts on which it is based, the evidence to be presented, the legal grounds and the petition.

The plaintiff shall attach to his claim the documents on which he bases his right. If he does not have them at his disposal, he shall mention them with as much particularity as possible, stating what results therefrom, and shall designate the archive, public office or place where the originals are located.

If the documents on which the plaintiff bases his right are not presented with the claim, they shall not be admitted subsequently, except for justified impediment.

The judges shall reject on its own initiative complaints that do not contain the requirements established by law, stating the defects they have found.

The claim may be expanded or modified before it has been answered.
