Article 55 Application of complementary provisions

Credit card issuers that are not part of a financial group shall be governed by the provisions established in this law.

Article 56 Regulation

The Monetary Board, upon the proposal of the Superintendency of Banks, shall issue the necessary regulations within a time limit of no more than sixty (60) days counted from the publication in the Official Gazette of this law.

Article 57 Regulation of Decree Number 6-2003 of the Congress of the Republic, Consumer and User Protection Law

The Executive Branch shall issue the necessary amendments to the regulation of Decree Number 6-2003 of the Congress of the Republic, Consumer and User Protection Law, in order to adapt it to the content of this law, within a time limit of no more than sixty (60) days counted from the publication of this law in the Official Gazette.
